This video shows temperature differences in a canvas tent in the middle of a snowstorm and in the cold..

How test was done
how i did this test is i put batteries in the device in the tent.. so no temperatures were on it at the start. Set it at ceiling height for an hour and at floor level for an hour. Unfortunately the video of this part got messed up upon downloading. So this turned into a inside - outside test for all intended purposes. the outside temp at the start was 14 degrees F. temperature do go up a little as stated in the video however id did not read.. Newer one's however do not read anything when you first put batteries in it like this one did.. Thank you..
