This is an area with a thousand faces because it deals with individuals and organizations: complex systems studied singly, in their aggregations and through the relationships that develop from them. It speaks about motivation, delegating, passing on from expressing a strategy to techniques used to improve the performance of individuals and of companies and how to make ideas circulate in order to improve results. But, above all, we will once again speak of how it is the Person that makes the difference, even in the turbulent world of economics. Economics has become a fully fledged science and permeates our daily life and we must avoiding demonizing it above all when speaking about money: we must understand it if we want to be at peace with ourselves and with others, to become more aware of our and other peoples actions.
Economics and Management intends to provide stimulus and proposals from different but authoritative schools of thought. It offers us the chance of meditating on one of lifes constants: change, because nothing is created, nothing is destroyed, but EVERYTHING is transformed.
