1 x litre of cooking Oil
3x garlic bulbs
3x onions
1x chopped leek
2x celery sticks
4 thumb size pieces of Fresh ginger
800grams plain flour ( sorry I mentioned 550grams in the video , it’s 800grams that are needed for this recipe.
200grms curry powder
1-2 cinamon stick
8 star Aniseed
20 grams dried chilli
4 tbsp Turmeric powder
Handful bayleafs
1 block creamed coconut
