Chicago’s Deep Dish Pizza was created by Ike Sewell 1943. We went to the original Pizzeria Uno in Chicago and created the Sausage Deep Dish Pizza using the historic recipe. David demonstrates each original step and technique that goes in to creating this 45 minute mouthwatering, hardy and thick deep dish pizza.
