Ingredients
Spinach 40g
Sliced Mushroom 70g
Sliced Green bell pepper 40g
Sliced Red bell pepper 40g
Sliced onion 40g
Sliced Steak meat (same size with vegetables) 150g
Shirataki noodle 227g
Vegetable oil 1,1/2tbsp
Seasoning for beef
Soy sauce 1tbsp
Sweetener 1tsp
Grounded garlic 1tsp
Black pepper 1/4tsp
Seasoning for noodles
Soy sauce 2tbsp
Sesame oil 1/2tbsp
Sweetener 1tsp
Recipe
1. Season the beef with soy sauce, sweetener, garlic, black pepper.
2. Make the seasoning for noodles with soy sauce, sesame oil, sweetener in a small bowl.
3. Pour vegetable oil in a hot pan and cook the beef thoroughly.
4. Once the beef is cooked add all the vegetables described in the list above.
5. When all the ingredients are cooked combine the noodles and sauce in a pan.
6. Stir fry everything together until majority of the sauce in the pan has evaporate leaving a small amount behind.
