Speaking on Amit Shah’s tweet on welcoming Om Prakash Rajbhar to NDA family, Uttar Pradesh Minister Sanjay Kumar Nishad on July 16 said that BJP supported the thinking of the NDA party. He further appreciated the work of OP Rajbhar during his NDA tenure. While speaking to ANI, Sanjay Kumar Nishad said, “We welcome OP Rajbhar, earlier also we supported the thinking of NDA party. Earlier, when he was there in BJP, he worked for the development of the people.” Earlier on July 14, OP Rajbhar met Home Minister Amit Shah in Delhi. Taking to Twitter, Amit Shah said, "I welcome him to the NDA family." Speaking on the same, SBSP chief Om Prakash Rajbhar spoke on his decision of joining the NDA alliance. He said, "We met Union Home Minister Amit Shah on July 14 and discussed various issues and decided to fight the 2024 elections together. I want to thank PM Modi, HM Amit Shah, CM Yogi Adityanath for taking us along."
