Welcome to Yoga Nidra meditation for a nervous system reset ✨
Yoga Nidra means “yoga sleep”, and this is a powerful reset practice for your nervous system, your brain and your whole body.
This 18-minute meditation will offer your nervous system a soothing, restful break, helping you unwind, recharge and relax.
We recommend using this practice every day for 30 days in a row to let your body experience an effortless shift from sympathetic to parasympathetic nervous system activation.
Your nervous system will learn to move out of fight-flight-freeze and into rest-and-digest state within minutes with this powerful practice.
This practice facilitates a gradual descent into slower brain waves that correspond to moving from a state of mental activation (or stress) to a relaxed state and eventually, into theta- and delta-predominant brain wave states that correspond to the deepest stage of sleep.
