Do injection marinades improve BBQ chicken? In this experiment we test an injection marinade against a brine to see which method results in the juiciest, most flavourful chicken.

To see how evenly marinade injections spread throughout BBQ chicken we also added a blue dye to a marinade and injected this in a chicken thigh to see how this compared to the brine.
