What to cook on Easter Sunday
Because Easter wouldn't be complete without lamb, Neil shows you how to roast a rack of French-trimmed lamb in under 40 minutes. The side dishes include carrots and a pea and mash pie thats ridiculously easy to make and just wait till you see the desserts...
...there's a cake which your kids will simply love to decorate and a croquembouche, which has to be seen to be believed!
