Seated Box Jump
Set-up:
Sit on a low box (10-12 inches tall).
Set a second taller box 6-12 inches from toes.
Feet at hip to shoulder width.
Knees driven out over feet throughout.
Execution:
Explosively drive feet into the ground.
Extend the knees, hips, and ankles rapidly.
Throw hands up/forward violently.
Jump to a squat stance with hips as high as possible.
Extend hips at top of the box.
