This short Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement (ATM) lesson will help you to reduce low back pain and improve hip mobility.
The lesson will be done lying on the floor. You need a mat or blanket and some space on the ground.
This movement lesson is called "Coordination of the Flexors and Extensors" but is often referred to as the "Arm Triangle" lesson.
