Enjoy the charm and rich sapphire hue of the Blue Temple in Chiang Rai to relaxing music. The Blue Temple, or Wat Rong Suea Ten, is another must-see highlight of Chiang Rai, Thailand. This buddhist temple was designed by Putha Kabkaew, a student of the artist who built the White Temple. Known as the “Temple of the Dancing Tiger” after the tigers that roamed over the grounds when the original temple was abandoned nearly a century ago.
