Veronica came to my class with some wrist and forearm issues, so we came up with a flow that's easy on your wrists. This is great if you're injured, working on building up strength, or just want to give your hands, wrists, and arms a bit of a break.
We focus on a lot of core strength and building balance with lots of standing poses.
