August 16, 2021: When school doors opened this week at San Francisco Unified schools across the city, students got a warm welcome, especially those at George Washington Carver Elementary School in Bayview.

Mayor London Breed, along with SFUSD school officials and local leaders were on hand Monday at the Bayview school as they welcomed students back full-time.
