Today I would like to share a very simple home made warm PEAR drink remedy that helps with sore throat and cough. I make this soup every time when we have a cough and it always works, usually after 3 days of drinking the pear soup I find that my cough miraculously goes away and my skin get brighter and clearer as well. what you need to remember to do is to dink it through out the day constantly like you would drink water.
In Chinese medicine pear is a cooling food, it has anti-inflammatory properties, it clears away mucus and it is a wonder food to nourish to the lungs. So there is a lot of Chinese recipes out there that uses pear either steamed or boiled to help with the cough and lung health.
So today I will share with you my version of home made pear soup, it is a very simple version that anyone can make, it is so easy all you need is a pear and some water, a pot and hob.
