As the largest archipelago in the world, Indonesia is blessed with such exuding natural wonders from mountain to sea. Indonesia’s various regional cultures have been shaped by centuries of complex interactions with its physical environment.
We depart from a sense of pride in all these natural and cultural gifts. And we want to share. Many ways have been done to share our culture; from the variety of culinary delights we eat, from the patterns of the fabrics we wear, from the songs we hear. But there are not too many ways to share about our natural charm. This beauty can only be visited directly or recorded on paintings or digital media.
In this installation, we want to share about Indonesia's natural wealth; takes you to pass the coast, tropical rain forests, hills to volcanic mountains through this simple bridge. We want you to experience the reflection of nature from this hand-tufted carpet textures.
We want to share stories and feelings.
