Using research reports available for public record from the Congressional Research Service, this presentation will attempt to highlight foreign policy objectives of the United States government within the South Caucasus (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Artsakh) within internally-circulated reports. While it will not prove unsubstantiated proof of policy objectives from this data alone, this presentation will use the aforementioned reports to provide insight on observed engagement within the region through publicly available briefs used to inform Congressional decisions.
