Maryland voters approved Question 4, the legalization of recreational marijuana, by a large majority on Tuesday night. The law takes effect July 1 and there are a lot of questions to answer before then. More than 65% of Maryland voters said "Yes," it should be legal for adults to use cannabis recreationally. WBAL-TV 11 News spoke with the chairman of the Maryland Wholesale Medical Cannabis Trade Association who said the overwhelmingly positive response is a mandate from the electorate to get regulations in place by July 1. #mdpolitics #marijuana
