1 DONUT PAN
NONSTICK SPRAY
1 TEASPOON HIMALAYAN SALT
3 TABLE SPOONS OF STEVIA
1/4 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
2 TEASPOONS OF GROUND ALL SPICE
1/4 CUP UNSWEETEND COCOA POWDER
1/3 CUP OAT FLOUR
1/2 COCONUT FLOUR
1/3 CUP SEMI SWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS
2 TABLESPOONS COCONUT OIL
1 CUP ALMOND MILK
2 EGG WHITES OR 1 MASHED MED BANANA
1 TABLESPOON VANALLIA EXTRACT
INSTRUCTIONS:
PREHEAT OVEN FOR 410 DEGREES. IN A MEDIUM BOWL MIX ALL DRY INGREDIENTS HIMALAYAN SALT, STEVIA, BAKING SODA, GROUND ALL SPICE, UNSWEETENED COCOA POWDER, OAT FLOUR, COCONUT FLOUR
NOW MIX IN WET INGREDIENTS WITH A FORK COCONUT OIL, ALMOND MILK, WHISKED EGG WHITES OR 1 MASHED MEDIUM BANANA, TABLESPOON VANILLA EXTRACT
ADD CHOCOLATE CHIPS LAST.
SPRAY DONUT PAN WITH NON SITCK SPRAY AND FORM DOUGH INTO A BALLS. PLACE BALLS OF DOUGH IN BAKING PAN AND BAKE FOR 15-20 MINS. ALLOW TO COOL AND ENJOY!
