[ Ссылка ] The short video presentation illustrates the basic concept of erosion and deposition in streams and/or rivers. This stream simulation shows high velocity water moving along a stream bed, transportation of sediment (colored water), and low velocity water where deposition eventually occurs. The Flow Table Kit activity also shows the hydraulic action of moving water over rocks and waterfalls where backflow areas trap sediment and objects.
