If your Excavator or Skid Steer seems to not be running up to full power, the first thing to check is the hydraulic oil. Each machine typically has a sight gauge. With the digging arm or implement on the ground, check the gauge to make sure oil levels are full. Also keep in mind when running a new attachment for the first time, this attachment just might take enough hydraulic oil from your machine to make it lose power.
