Eric the Car Guy is here! He's visiting TRQ to explain check engine codes to you! In this video, Eric the Car Guy checks out code P0128, which usually has to do with the coolant thermostat. The full description of the code is “Coolant Thermostat (Coolant Temperature Below Thermostat Regulating Temperature)” which usually means the engine coolant is not getting hot enough. This often happens when the thermostat that regulates coolant temperature is stuck open, which allows coolant to flow through the radiator when it doesn’t need to. Check out the video to learn more!
