How to Make Red Chilli Flakes at Home | Homemade Red Chilli Flakes | Chilli Flakes in 2 Ways
ingredients:
Red Chillies - 200 Gms
Prep Time: 5 mins

METHOD:
1. Take red and fresh dried red chillies and clean them with a cloth.
2. Remove the stalks and dry roast the red chillies on a low flame for about 5 minutes.
3. Once done, divide the roasted red chillies into two portions.
4. Grind one batch into thick flakes and the other batch into fine flakes.
5. 2 Types of red chilli flakes are ready and you can store them separately in air-tight containers and use them however you like.
Red Chilli Flakes are versatile because you can add them to any kind of dish when you want to make it a bit more spicier. In this video, we have shown two varieties of red chilli flakes where one is with thick flakes and the other one is with finer flakes. These chilli flakes have to be stored in an air tight container. You can use any variety of red chillies for this recipe but make sure they are fresh and nice. Try this at home and enjoy!
