Donald Trump is appealing to Puerto Rican voters after a backlash over racist comments made by a comedian at one of his rallies over the weekend. Prominent Puerto Rican radio host Victor Martinez tells Power & Politics the comments have mobilized the community in the key battleground state of Pennsylvania – as well as other key states with large Puerto Rican populations – to vote against Trump.
