After my morning jaunt, I went back to the hostel and gathered my travel companions. We took the bus to Keerimalai Pond, a holy pond which has salty water when it's full moon. Normally, the water is fresh.

Then we took the train, with me heading to Anuradhapura and the other 2 back to Jaffna as they had to go back to Colombo.
