Anti-govt sentiments prevail in Pakistan as PTI supporters continue to protest for release of former PM Iran Khan. Supporters of jailed Imran Khan gathered for anti-govt rally in defiance of a ban on congregation in Islamabad. Meanwhile, police have adopted unique tactics to block marching protestors in Islamabad. Shipping containers have been lined up and are being guarded by large numbers of police and paramilitary troops. However, dozens of Khan's supporters evaded blockades marching less than a km to the country’s parliament. Notably, it was latest in series of protest rallies since last month to press for Khan's release and agitate against the ruling coalition. Former Jailed PM Imran Khan the ruling govt ‘illegitimate’ alleging it was formed after a fraudulent election.
