In today's video I am showing you how to cook easy smoked pork chops! I absolutely love smoked pork chops when they are cooked properly! The key is not overcook them, and with this method you'll be cranking out easy smoked pork chops on a pellet grill, or any smoker for that matter! The key is to smoke your pork chops at 275º until they reach an internal temperature of approximately 135º. At that point, you want to start glazing your smoked pork chop. Glaze one side of the pork chop and let it set for 5 minutes, then flip them and repeated the process. After another 10 minutes you should be at about 145º this is the time to get your smoked pork chop off your pellet grill (or smoker of your choice) and let them rest for 10 minutes. After that, all that is left to do is dig in and enjoy your smoked chops! Congrats, you've made one of the best smoked pork chops I have EVER had!!
