🔹NOTE: It is best to attest your all degrees.
1 - 10th and 12th from IBCC (only degrees). For O/A-Level (follow your process).
2 - BS/MS from HEC (Transcript and Degree ) both.
3 - Attestation from MOFA Pakistan. (with valid QR-code)

🔹Steps for Degree Attestation MOFA UAE: (only degree required - NO transcript)
1- Your BS-Degree should be attested attested by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
2 - MOFA Pakistan Attestation. (with valid QR-code)
3 - Attestation from One : (UAE Embassy Islamabad, Pakistan) / (Pakistan Embassy Burjuman, Dubai, UAE).
4 - Apply online for MOFA UAE Attestation. (Document Should be present in UAE, due to pickup and drop-off Address for courier service)

🔹Steps for Marriage Certificate / Birth Certificate etc. MOFA UAE:
1- Get Certificate from E-khidmat-markaz, Pakistan. Should be in both languages(URDU and English).
2 - MOFA Pakistan Attestation. (with valid QR-code)
3 - Attestation from One : (UAE Embassy Islamabad, Pakistan ) / (Pakistan Embassy Burjuman, Dubai, UAE).
4 - Apply online for MOFA UAE Attestation. (Document Should be present in UAE, due to pickup and drop-off Address for courier service)

🔹Applicant’s presence in person
Original Degree duly attested by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) and Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) Pakistan
1 Photocopy of the Degree
Only Blood Relatives can get the attestation of the Degree on behalf of applicant.
In Case the person or his blood relative is not present in the residing country, he will give Authority letter To Any Other Person, and it should be Attested from Ministry of foreign Affairs Pakistan / Pakistan Missions Abroad.
