Pitta Morning Routine
Ayurveda morning routine for Pitta Dosha or for pitta season!
Pitta is hot, intense, and oily. Therefore balance with coolness, relaxation, and deep cleansing.
An ideal Ayurvedic morning routine for Pitta dosha includes:
- tongue cleaning
- oral care
- facial care —cleanse, exfoliate, tone, and moisturize!
- eye washing
- aromatherapy with the on-the-go Paavani pitta spritzer
- tea with cooling herbs; hibiscus, mint, or fennel
- meditation
- lunar pranayama
- journaling
- stretch + yin yoga
- get outside!
- digestive churna before food
**take 1 tsp of Chyawanprash to help cleanse the body and build Ojas.
**pick 2-3 items on the list and start with that. Don’t go all pitta and try to do everything at once. ;)
