For the CPU in this build I chose AMD's brand new Ryzen 5 1400 CPU. AMD's Ryzen 5 CPUs provide a better alternative to Intel's higher end i3 CPU and i5 CPUs. This Ryzen 5 CPU has a base clock of 3.2GHz with a turbo speed of 3.4GHz. It also great overclocking potential, with a low 65 TDP! This CPU also has 4 cores, maintaining compatibility with the latest AAA titles, and even games still to be released such as F1 2017, Wolfenstein 2 and Assassins Creed: Origins! The motherboard I chose for this build comes from MSI, with a stealthy black and clean aesthetic, and a solid feature set, it's the MSI B350M PRO-VDH Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard. For the RAM I chose 1 8GB dimm of Crucial's Ballistix Sport LT. This RAM has a clean grey aesthetic and comes clocked at DDR4 2400MHz, with good overclocking leverage. I opted for 1 8GB dimm here to allow for upgrade options, leading to a maximum of 32GB of RAM! For storage I chose Seagate's Barracuda 1TB, a 3.5 inch hard drive, rated at a speed of 7200RPM, as fast as mainstream, consumer hard drives get! For the graphics card the Nvidia GTX 1060, specifically the EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB squeezes into the budget and provides great gamign ability to this system. It is a cool running, great looking card in a small form factor, with features such as Nvidia shadowplay and Nvidia GeForce experience! it wil smash the latest AAA titles at 60FPS, 1080p and even do well at 1440P in some games, sustaining upto, and over, 60FPS! For the case I chose a smaller form factor Micro ATX option, from Thermaltake, the Thermaltake Versa h15. It is small enough to not take up too much room in your office, studio or bedroom, but large nough to facilitate all the chiosen parts, while providing room for GPU or Storage upgrades! Finally, for the power supply I chose EVGA's 500W 80+ unit, with plenty of a headroom, good reliability and an affordable price it is the best budget option in my opinion!
