It’s a simple dish that is bombarded with umami flavour is what I'm making this week. It is the Chinese Style Stir Fried Mushroom With Basil. It's a flavorful and nutritious dish that pairs perfectly with steamed rice and I can guarantee you, It's gonna be delicious. It’s also a vegetarian dish. 🍄
Ingredients:
✏️125g - Shimiji brown head Mushroom
✏️125g - Whitehead Shimiji Mushroom
✏️200g - Oyster Mushroom 200g
✏️150g - Shitake Mushroom 150g
✏️2 nos - Shallots (sliced)
✏️6 Cloves - Garlic (smashed & minced)
✏️Oil
Sauce:
✏️2 tbsp - Soya sauce
✏️1 tbsp - Chinese black vinegar
✏️Crack Black pepper
✏️1 tbsp - Sweet soy sauce
✏️3 tbsp - Kambucha
✏️Thai basil (remove stems)
