Unofficial Lineage 15.1 ROM for the i9100 based on the latest Android 8.1 Oreo with the Android Go configuration enabled.
Though a lot of bugs were squashed, this ROM is still in beta and is listed as UNSTABLE. Flash at your own risk. There is a lot more info in the thread linked below.
BUGS:
-crashes and reboots randomly when wifi is enabled
-minor graphics glitches
-491 error from play store (probably caused by beta Open GAPPS 8.1, not the ROM)
-video recording not functional
-recorder app not functional
-some settings sub menus cause settings to crash
