Luigi Mangione’s mother allegedly told police she “could see him” shooting UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson. In a press conference, investigators said when they questioned Mangione’s mother about where her son could be and the missing person report she had filed, she basically told them she wouldn’t be surprised if he pulled the trigger.
