Fanuc R-2000ib robot was utilized for this robotic Tetrapak case palletizing application. MSK Covertech designed a robotic palletizing cell, flexible for different speed, layer pattern, and SKU product requirements. In this video you can see layer patterns being formed on the pallet build position. We use a side-grip end of arm tool attachment for this application.
The robot palletizer can easily change to a more high-speed configuration with layer forming (smaller Fanuc robot) and then row or layer transfer to the pallet build position.
MSK robot palletizers can automatically change tools or you can manually change the end of arm tool for different, custom applications.
