This is the start of a training guide series for FM. I answer a question about intensity from someone on my blog and then explain how to set up training in 3 different ways. The CBF Approach, The Balanced Approach and the Focused Approach

A point on training: A player's total training time is affected by how much match prep is set up, of which the max is 50%, leaving the rest for general or individual training. When setting intensity for either general or individual you need to factor in workload. A player can only handle a certain workload for attributes to develop well. So you need to balance his total workload by choosing the right intensity between General and Individual training.
