Chester Zoo is celebrating the birth of six rare lemurs as the species is on the brink of extinction in the wild. The babies are still clinging to their mothers' backs but are expected to become more independent and move on to solid foods within the next few weeks. The youngsters, less than 15cm tall at birth, were all born within weeks of each other and can be seen at the zoo's 6,000 square metre Madagascar zone.
