Tucked in between the West Andes and the Central Andes lies Medellín, Colombia's second-largest city. Here, we learn how to make the “Bandeja paisa” with Nohemi, a restaurant cooker. This dish, made with red beans, rice, eggs, avocado, chorizo, pork, etc. is emblematic of Colombia, and Nohemi made it her specialty!
