These strawberry cheesecake cookies are soft & delicious!! They are perfect for spring and summer, such a perfect treat. Wonderful for everyone to enjoy!

Recipe:
2 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
2 cups fresh strawberries, diced into small pieces
2 large eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
4 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup white chocolate chips
