This comes after investigators seized drugs from a vape shop in Apex.
On November 4, detectives served a search warrant on Apex Tobacco and Vape Store. A captain with Apex police told WRAL News some of the items taken included marijuana, THC Vape Cartridges and 12-thousand in cash.
One of the biggest concerns is how the drugs were packaged.

But it’s not, what’s inside are illegal drugs.
"It is ridiculous. Children want their cereal and they want their candy," said local mom Megan Escoto. "You would not think that it's not what it is supposed to be."
It’s unclear if any of these items were sold to children, but the concern is that the drugs are packaged in a way that it could blend in with other household items and slip right past mom and dad.
Three people were arrested including the shop owner.
