This video shows a full automatic aerosol filling line for butane gas production on-site from our Thailand customer.

This aerosol filling machine is ideal for those processes involving blind cup valves as gas is introduced into the container under the valve cup prior to the valve being crimped in place.

For the configuration of this butane gas filling machine, we suggest that the automatic crimping and gas filling station is necessary for production.

However, if the producer pursues higher productivity or higher automatic level of production, we suggest optioning the automatic valve feeding machine, automatic weight checking machine, automatic water bath inspection machine, as well as an automatic ink-printing machine.
