In this video, I explain what is integrity and why integrity is important in leadership. Leaders who have integrity have a strong moral compass. Business leaders are under increasing pressure to take shortcuts to success, they must encourage their team members to practice integrity. The mastery of integrity comes down to three things: being authentic with yourself, being authentic with others, and doing the things you have said you would do.

Integrity is very important if you want to be a successful female leader and if you want to be an industry leader.
