Ingredients:
- Chicken - 850g.
- Sliced Onion - 3 medium size
- Onion paste - 1no. small ( 50g.)
- Ginger paste - 1½Tbsp
- Garlic paste - 1½Tbsp
- Red Chilli powder - 1½tsp
- Kashmiri chilli powder - 1tsp
- Cumin powder - 1tsp
- Coriander powder - 1tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1tsp
- Black Pepper powder - ¼tsp
- Crushed Cardamom - 4 pods
- Cardamom - 5 pods
- Cinnamon stick - 1no. + 1inch
- Cloves - 6 no. + 5 no. ( total )
- Bay leaves - 2no.
- Cashews - 12 no.
- Salt to taste
- Ghee - 1tbsp
- Mustard Oil - ½ cup
