New Delhi, Dec 20 (ANI): Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday once again trained guns on Prime Minister Narendra Modi, saying that the promises which Prime Minister had made has nothing substantial in it. He added that PM Modi had said that the common people can deposit money till December 30 and yesterday once again he changed the rules, which shows he makes empty promises.
