Recipe;
400gr fish fillet (Salmon, Cod, Pike etc)
1,5 liter Water
2 dl creme
2 fish stock cube
2.5 dl Creme Fraische
1-2 leek
1 fennel
2-3 shredded carrots
1 tablespoon Sambal Oelek
Cayenne Pepper
Basil
Turmeric
Add everything in a pot except the fish and creme fraische. Let it boil for 15 min. Add the fish and let it boil for another 5-8 minutes. Add the creme fraische and stir until it's gone. The soup is ready to be served.
