Spirituality and Self Help ultimately perpetuate suffering. The 1999 film 'The Matrix' explores this in depth when we look at it closely.
Using Neo's archetypal journey, I discuss topics like awakening, identity, self help/improvement and spirituality to analyze some of the traps that we might fall into along the path toward true spiritual transformation.
A lot of what I discuss comes from my own experience and interest and actually reflects some cross roads I'm traversing. These types of analysis are always a lot of fun to put together.
