Video 7/16 from our Baby and Us series.
Made by the NHS, powered by parents.
When you have a small baby, establishing a routine can be incredibly helpful, and it can also be a challenging thing to do. Hear about different types of routines and how they work for different families, and how to balance a feeding routine with responding to your baby's cues. Be guided through this by real parents who share their own stories and learn some tips and tricks for being a parent with a new baby.
All of our videos give tips for parenting, feeding, routines, understanding your baby, what does crying mean, helping your own wellbeing and increasing your confidence as a parent.
This video is brought to you by South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust - Centre for Parent and Child Support. See Playlist for other videos in series.
This NHS Centre develops, provides and disseminates evidence-based support for parents in the UK and internationally. All of our content is developed by parents, for parents.
