Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
May your holidays sparkle with joy and laughter.
About this sled
I've got this sled from my subscriber. He found them in the village at his grandmother's house.
We do not know their age, but since they are forged I assume they are from the 19th century.
First, I disassembled it and sandblasted it. After that, I have sanded and wire brushed the metal part. Then I have made a new wooden top and painted it with spray paint. Eventually, I've assembled it all and tied a new rope.
This restoration took me a week.
This sled will be a great addition to my Christmas tree.
