This Diwali, our Mithai box has a delicious mix of classic sweets and reimagined treats. First up is the Pista Khubani Cassata Barfi, inspired by the ultimate frozen colourful dessert, this mithai is made with rich pistachio peda rolled around an apricot peda with cashews. Next up is the Kaju Gulab Roll. No Diwali is complete without Kaju sweets and this mithai is made with Kaju, rose and pistachio barfi rolled like a Swiss Roll and coated with poppy seeds. We couldn't imagine a Diwali box without something reminiscent of a besan laddu - our Hazelnut Besan Barfi made with jaggery, Kashmiri saffron and crunchy-toasted hazelnuts is equally indulgent! What is Diwali without some nuts and dry fruits? Our Nutty Date Barfi, a dry fruit and nut barfi with jaggery, seeds, puffed amaranth and cardamom is rich and super delicious. This year we are bringing you two mithai inspired by the decadent Mysore Paak - our Malty Coffee Paak and Badam Paak.
