Issues allow you to track operations and maintenance work from start to finish, for free. For example if a water point breaks down and needs repair, you can alert a technician, receive updates from the field and review the sent information.

Through our app or Portal website, users can open issues, provide as many updates as needed, mark issues as resolved and close them. At each stage, information relevant to that step can be added. All of that information will be available to you to review, map and analyze, so you can see how long it takes to resolve issues, what common problems might be, and how they tend to get repaired.
