The second in a short series of looking at how we can gain better understanding of sound design by emulating traditional instruments.
In this video I cover producing a basic wind instrument patch on an analogue monophonic synthesiser.
Over the next instalment I intend to cover the analysis of brass instruments, to see how we can work towards those reproductions, also on mono synths.
Although for this example I'm using the Behringer Neutron Semi Modular to make a woodwind or flute sound the principles of this video can be widely applied to any synthesiser.
